The Cocktail Experience is a 60-minute live performance shaped around the room you want to set, whether that’s elegant, theatrical, or quietly glamorous, by a vocalist who knows that the right song at the right moment changes how a night feels.

    The first guests find their drinks and their conversations. The setlist opens softly, holding the room as it fills, never demanding attention before it’s wanted.

    Energy lifts. The performance shifts gear with the room, drawing guests into songs that connect, surprise, and quietly raise the temperature of the night.

    The Hand-off

    By the final song, the room is ready for what comes next. The transition into your reception is seamless, never abrupt, never anti-climactic.

We meet ahead of your event to capture the vision, theme, and tone of the night. Your venue, your guests, your moment, all shape the setlist that’s built next.

Professionally curated, customized setlist

A 60-minute program built around your event. Mix of contemporary pop, musical theatre hits, and modern arrangements of jazz, soul, and rock and roll classics, tuned to the energy you’re after. Special requests welcomed.

60-minute live performance

One uninterrupted hour of live vocal performance, professionally paced from arrival through hand-off. Performed live by Regina Bianca with instrumental backing tracks tuned to the room.

Professional sound system

A venue-appropriate sound system, brought, set up, and balanced for your space. Clean, professional audio, suited to ballrooms, gardens, lofts, or rooftop terraces.

    Submit your event date, venue, and a few details. You’ll hear back with availability and a free quote.

    Design

    We meet for the Music Design session. We capture your vision, lock the timeline, and build a setlist shaped to your event.

  3. 03

    Perform

    Regina arrives early on event day, sets up the sound, and delivers a 60-minute live performance the room won’t forget.

What kinds of events does this fit?
Cocktail hours at weddings, corporate events, galas, fundraisers, and private celebrations. Anywhere you want guests to arrive into a moment, not a soundtrack on shuffle.
Can the performance go longer than 60 minutes?
Yes. Extended sets are available, and the experience can be paired with a ceremony performance or a reception package. Discussed during the Music Design session.
Do we choose the setlist?
You bring the vision and any must-have songs. Regina brings the curation. The final program is built collaboratively at the Music Design session and signed off before the day.
Indoor or outdoor venues?
Both. The sound system is selected and tuned for your space. Outdoor venues require power access and a weather contingency, which we’ll plan for during the design session.
If I already have a DJ, is additional equipment still required?
Yes. While additional speakers may not always be necessary when a DJ is present, professional audio equipment is part of Regina’s trademark sound. Some additional equipment may be required to ensure the quality, clarity, and reliability while delivering the best possible performance for both you and your guests.
Can the music continue into the reception?
Yes. Add reception performance dances, or upgrade to The Signature Wedding Collection for a full ceremony, cocktail, and reception package.
How far in advance should we book?
Most clients book 4 to 9 months ahead. Last-minute inquiries are welcome, availability permitting.
