Services · The Ceremony Collection

Music for the moment you’ve imagined.

Live ceremony performance, scored to your story. Set the tone for your most meaningful moment with music designed to guide every step, from your walk down the aisle to your final exit.

Some moments deserve more than a playlist. Your ceremony is the breath before the rest of your life. The music that frames it should feel like it was written for you. Every prelude note, every aisle cue, every transition is shaped around the story you’re telling, performed live by a vocalist who treats your day with the care of an opening night.

Choose your sound

Two arrangements. One unforgettable ceremony.

i.

Ceremony Sonata

Instrumental live piano.

Quiet, classical, romantic. Live acoustic piano, refined and timeless, performed across every ceremony moment. Best for traditional services, intimate venues, and couples who want music to live in the background of an unforgettable scene.

  • Live acoustic piano performance
  • Classical, contemporary, & custom selections
  • Perfect for chapels, garden ceremonies, and refined indoor venues
ii.

Ceremony Cantata

Live vocals with instrumental backing.

Cinematic, emotive, theatrical. Regina’s live vocal performance, paired with professionally mixed instrumental tracks, turns your aisle moment into a scene from the film of your life. For couples who want their ceremony to feel like a story being told.

  • Live vocal performance, all four ceremony moments
  • Custom song requests welcomed
  • Professional backing tracks tuned to your venue
The Performance

Live music across four ceremony moments.

  1. 01

    Prelude

As guests arrive and find their seats. Typically 20 to 30 minutes of softly building atmosphere that signals the day has begun.

  2. 02

    Processional

The walk down the aisle. Tempo, swell, and arrangement are timed to your steps and the size of your wedding party.

  3. 03

    Signing of the Marriage Certificate

A live interlude during the signing. Quiet, present, and free of awkward silence while the paperwork happens.

  4. 04

    Recessional

Your final walk out, hand in hand. The closing note of the ceremony and the opening note of everything after.

Frequently asked

A few of the questions couples ask first.

Where do you perform?
Ottawa and the surrounding region, including Gatineau, Kanata, Stittsville, Manotick, and the Ottawa Valley. Travel quotes available for events farther afield.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 6 to 12 months ahead, especially for spring and summer dates. Last-minute inquiries are welcome, availability permitting.
Can we request specific songs?
Absolutely. Bring your list to the planning session. If you’d like a song reimagined for your ceremony, custom arrangements are available as a Signature Enhancement.
Do you need a piano on-site for the Sonata?
Yes. We’ll discuss the options during your planning session, or you can opt for the Cantata if a piano isn’t practical.
Can the music continue into cocktail hour or reception?
Yes. Pair The Ceremony Collection with The Cocktail Experience, or upgrade to The Signature Wedding Collection to cover the full day from aisle to first dance.
